Roasted Fall Harvest Vegetables

A flavorful combination of vegetables and seasoning.

Yield: 10 - 4oz

Ingredients

  • 8  oz
  • Baby carrots
  • 8  oz
  • Parships, cut into 1" strips
  • 8  oz
  • Sweet potatoes, cut into 3/4" pieces
  • 8  oz
  • Brussel sprouts, cut in half
  • 8  oz
  • Red Bliss potatoes, cut in 3/4" pieces
  • 1  cup
  • Olive oil
  • 1  Tbsp
  • Mrs. Dash Table Blend Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 400°F.
  2. Grease 1/2 steam table pan.
  3. Place vegetables in the pan with the Mrs. Dash Table Blend 4. Toss vegetables, and spread evenly in the pan.
  4. Place in the oven, and bake for 40 minutes.
