Breakfast Burrito

  • 8  
  • 8" tortilla shells
  • 8  
  • Large eggs
  • 1  cup
  • Milk
  • 2  tsp
  • Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
  • Oil
  • 4  oz
  • Chorizo sausage
  • 4  oz
  • Tri colored diced peppers
  • 1  lb
  • Cooked rice
  • 1 1/2  cups
  • Salsa con queso


  1. Beat eggs and one cup of milk together in a bowl.
  2. In a large skillet heat a small amount of oil, and bring to a medium heat. Add peppers and chorizo, and cook until the peppers are al dente.
  3. Add the egg mixture, and Mrs. Dash to the skillet and cook until the eggs are firm, do not overcook.
  4. Place floured tortilla on a work surface. Scoop 2oz. portion of cooked rice in the center of the tortilla. Divide egg mixture equally and add place on top of the rice.
  5. Roll into a burrito, drizzle with salsa con queso, and serve.
